We are proud to have Andrea Castenada as one of GVM Foundation’s graduates. Andrea completed her senior year with Detroit Cristo Rey High School in June of 2016 with a 3.3 GPA which included passing two dual enrollment classes at Marygrove College. She began her college studies at Michigan State University in the fall of 2016.
Andrea Castenada was the 2012 recipient of the George & Leona Murray Scholarship. All four years of her studies at Detroit Cristo Rey were aided by the scholarship. |

GVM Foundation is proud to announce the graduation of Everlin Gutierrez in May of 2011. She completed 4 years of High School education at Mercy High School in Farmington Hills, Michigan and graduated magna cum laude. Everlin is attending the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Everlin was the 2007 George & Leona Murray Scholarship winner. All four years of her studies at Mercy High School were aided by the scholarship. |

Machado in May of 2009. She completed 4 years of High
School education at Mercy High School in Farmington Hills,
Michigan. Meury graduated with honors, maintaining a GPA of
over 3.0. Meury is currently attending a local college in
SE Michigan.
All four years of Meury's studies at Mercy High School were
aided by the George & Leona Murray Scholarship. |
